Hitman in watercolor

I know I did not do this one from out of my head, but when I was experimenting
with watercolors I used to do a lot of copying from artwork in magazines,
books and book covers – I have the feeling that was the source of
this one, but I’m not even sure of that. Did you know that the
famous Musée du Louvre in Paris originated from an old
fortress that eventually became the museum?  Art
students used to learn painting by copying
masterpieces hung there, and to this
day you can sometimes see them
sitting in the galleries copying
the great works.  I have
myself done this
from photos
in books.
